Small Animal Boarding at Henry's Hotel

Henry's Hotel is part of the pet store. A totally sectioned off area where your pets can have a quiet and safe holiday, and where you can be secure in the knowledge that they are being well looked after. They will be cared for 7 days a week, not just in business hours. If your pet has any medications that they need to take during their stay with us, we will ensure they get them.
We cater for the majority of pets from 'mice to rabbits'. For the smaller animals, we ask you to bring them to us in their own cage. For the larger ones, such as rabbits and guinea pigs, we will supply the cage. In the case of your rabbits, we have to ask you to ensure that they are vaccinated and to show us your vaccination card to confirm your booking. This is for their own safety and the safety of the other boarders. Please remember too that your rabbit vaccination should be renewed every 6 months.

Our prices are fully inclusive. This covers all cleaning, feeding and exercise for the larger pets in our enclosed run. Please feel free to bring any special treats that your pet may like, although we do tend to spoil our guests and they all get regular treats of various kinds suitable to the animal type. Good amounts of fresh, suitable veg is supplied several days each week. If you need us to use any medications that they are already on, please advise us and we will ensure your pet gets their treatment. We work closely with Hoylake Veterinary and will call them in if we feel they are needed.
You can relax in the knowledge that your pet is being well looked after in a warm, clean and dry environment. They will have plenty of company with other boarders. Shop staff are regularly through the boarding area to ensure all are as content as they can be. Please feel free to call in and see where your pet will be while on holiday with us. No dark, damp shed or garage for our guests.
If you have a known problem with your pet (it may be a rabbit that attacks on sight or a killer hamster). This is not a problem but we would ask to be informed in order to be prepared. We have not had to refuse to board a pet for behaviour problems, neither do we apply a supplement. The prices shown below are our standard rates. We will offer a discount for repeat bookings
