Think before you buy a pet! And if in doubt, ask us. We are trained and qualified in animal care. Pet Shops that do not sell pets are not required to be either trained or qualified in animal care. To sell pets to you, we are licensed and monitored by the Department of the Environment. Some shops ignore this requirement
so please feel free to check.
Our aquatic section is expanding. The accessories that we are stocking is expanding week by week. Tell us what you need and we will look at stocking it for you. Our theme with our fish stock is 'simplicity'. We want to keep things as uncomplicated as we can. As such, we aim at the aquarium set up for the children or adults that want to keep fish but don't want too much work. We now have Goldfish, Yellow Goldfish and 'Shubs'. This could well expand, while keeping to fish that are happy at room temperature. 'Watch this space' as they say.
To buy a pet, you must be 16 or over. We will check this if we feel you may not be old enough. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell animals if we feel the potential buyer to be unsuitable. This is to protect the welfare of the animal.
